Job summary

Eggs Up Grill is seeking a Server who delivers memorable guest experiences through food and beverage recommendations and attentive service. You will work with a cohesive team in a fast-paced setting and must be available weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.

All servers must complete the state-required alcohol training course. Responsibilities include recommending menu items, checking in with tables, and assisting with front-of-house tasks to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and create a positive guest experience.
• Make food and drink recommendations and answer menu questions.
• Check in with each table to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete server stations/FOH cleaning tasks.
• Handle guest complaints by listening and resolving with a manager if needed.
• Daily tip-outs and teamwork expectations.
