Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales on the floor, in fitting rooms, and at the register.

This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, cash handling, merchandising tasks, and adherence to Loss Prevention. No prior experience is required, and Buckle offers Insurance, 401(k), PTO, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.
• Wlexible scheduling including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions, locate merchandise, and help Guests find items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and remind Guests of current promotions.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Open/close cash registers, balance drawers, and follow POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and protect store assets.
• Support teammate recruiting, training, and positive floor culture.
