Buckle is hiring for a Sales Teammate to support guests with a friendly, engaging approach, drive sales, and maintain an inviting store environment. You will assist with merchandising, cashiering, and everyday store operations while upholding Buckle's service standards.

No prior experience required; training provided. The role offers full-time, on-site hours with potential for growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to engage with Guests.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Ability to learn Buckle policies, exchanges and payments procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Suggest add-on items to create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate products using knowledge and sales education.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Provide service in front, floor, fitting rooms and at the register.
