Job summary

Access Management Group in Lakewood Ranch, FL is seeking a friendly Host to join our dining team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

In this role, you will assist servers, greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure guests are seated promptly while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Servers in preparing for dinner or lunch service.
• Review and confirm reservations for each service.
• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Provide guests with menus.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.
• Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
