Job summary

Panera Bread in Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to join our bakery-cafe and help deliver warm hospitality, quality service, and fresh food across production, prep, service, and cashier areas.

You will greet guests with warmth, assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches, and assist in entry, cash register, and dining areas. Maintain cleanliness and safety, stay adaptable, and support the team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• You meet the minimum age requirement (16+) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication with guests, managers and team in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, dependable attitude.
• Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection and joy for guests.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety understanding and basic training; food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
