Panera Bread in North Miami, FL is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warm, friendly service and helping produce fresh salads, soups and sandwiches.

You will greet guests, assist across production, prep, service, cashier and drive-thru, maintain a clean, safe dining area and support daily priorities with a positive attitude. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and team in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Handler's Card required by law
• Food service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist in production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, and barista tasks
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and inviting following food safety standards
