Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, and keep the bakery-cafe clean and welcoming. You will interact with guests, work across different stations, and help ensure excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Expected duties include maintaining food safety standards, assisting in various areas such as service, cash, drive-thru, or barista roles, and supporting the team to deliver warm hospitality daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy making people smile.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler's card as required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support team with cleaning, stocking duties and setting up the next shift.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
