BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Server Assistant in Bonney Lake, WA to support dining room staff and ensure prompt, courteous service. You will interact with guests, assist servers, and help with clearing and resetting tables in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months’ related server experience preferred.
• Must meet state/federal minimum age for serving alcohol, if applicable.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment with positive attitude.
• Must be self-motivated, follow directions, and work independently.
• Must demonstrate initiative, think, work, solve problems, and make independent decisions.
• Must have good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional hospitality by knowing the resort and dining area.
• Greet guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Maintain effective communication with servers and respond to their requests for support.
• Work as a team: clear tables, take trays to the kitchen, clean and reset tables.
• Help servers carry trays and ensure guest needs are met.
• Notice and report safety or cleanliness issues to a supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
