Sodexo at Holy Family Manor (Bethlehem) is hiring a Wait Staff Non-Tipped for part-time shifts. You will greet guests, take orders, serve a variety of entrées and beverages, and ensure a high-quality dining experience with a professional, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include taking orders, making menu recommendations, verifying accuracy, and handling guest concerns. The role requires physical stamina and may require alcohol-service certification where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations; may require alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM).

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about items and allergens.
• Take and relay orders accurately; confirm with guests and proceed in correct sequence.
• Ensure quality and presentation of all items; maintain attractive, appetizing plates.
• Monitor guest needs and address requests or concerns professionally.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
