Job summary

ACE Parking is seeking reliable staff to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and communicate parking procedures with a strong emphasis on safety and service. You will help maintain a clean lot, assist guests with directions, and support team members during peak times.

Prior valet or customer service experience is a plus. We offer a wage of $16.90–$17.00 per hour plus tips, with vacation and holiday benefits for both full-time and part-time roles, and a commitment to equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be physically capable of moving quickly and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior valet or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely.
• Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and secure keys.
• Greet guests and explain parking procedures and fees.
• Assist guests with questions and directions and resolve issues calmly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
• Maximize revenue by effective space management and fee collection.
