Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking friendly, energetic individuals for our valet/customer service team in Palm Desert, CA. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and ensure accurate handling of keys and tickets while maintaining a clean, welcoming lot.

Key attributes include excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns and resolve issues calmly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure cleanliness of the parking lot and surroundings.
• Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and collecting fees.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including clearing any debris or trash.
• Provide additional customer service assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or assisting with directions

• Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring all fees are collected accurately.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
