Job summary

Reimagined Parking seeks a courteous Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles, greet guests, and provide exceptional service. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain safety, efficiency, and accuracy in ticketing and vehicle tracking.

The role requires prompt, professional interactions, the ability to move between the valet stand and cars, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Prior valet experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making.
• Experience operating guest vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure with guests.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Provide directions and assist guests as needed.
• Open doors and assist with luggage as required.
• Direct traffic and monitor areas for safety.
• Process valet fees and assist with revenue receipts.
• Report incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Communicate professionally with guests and staff.
