Job summary

Towne Park in New York seeks a Traffic Coordinator to direct vehicular traffic and deliver courteous hospitality to patients and guests during arrival and departure. You will issue valet tickets, assist guests with luggage, and uphold site parking policies while maintaining privacy and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to drive a manual transmission and parallel park, and basic English reading/writing with some data handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Read/write standard English; basic arithmetic.
• Able to drive manual transmission and parallel park.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Register/computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic and provides attentive, friendly service.
• Greets guests and uses appropriate salutations; follows etiquette.
• Provides directions and information about surrounding area.
• Collects data and manages guest folios; maintains accuracy.
