Popeyes in Arkansas is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering great guest service, preparing signature menu items, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You will greet guests, take orders, stock, maintain cleanliness, and follow health and safety guidelines. No prior experience is required — training is provided, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
