• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and handles customer issues.
• Operates cash register/POS, upsells to generate additional sales.
• Verifies order accuracy and ensures quality of food/ drinks.
• Prepares and packages food and beverages.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works across multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep, expediter).
• Maintains punctual attendance and follows uniform/grooming standards.
• Resolves issues professionally and communicates positively with customers and team.
