Responsibilities

• Make handmade sandwiches, salads, baguettes and other items with fresh ingredients.
• Keep display full and visually appealing; restock hot/cold foods.
• Cook and prepare hot items following Pret recipes and standards.
• Make Barista drinks to Pret standards and serve quickly.
• Keep shelves clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Record food temperatures and maintain food safety practices.
• Learn latte art to delight guests.
