Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare handmade sandwiches, salads, baguettes and other items with fresh ingredients
• Keep display full and attractive for guests
• Cook and prepare hot food following Pret standards
• Make Barista drinks within 60 seconds
• Learn latte art to delight guests
• Greet guests, take orders and answer questions about menu
• Follow food safety and health and safety rules
• Set up and maintain kitchen equipment and hygiene throughout shift
