Firehouse Subs is hiring at least part-time Team Members who understand that they are the face of our restaurant. The role emphasizes a friendly customer experience and a casual, family-like culture.

The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities to join a growing team, with a tip-sharing wage addition. Applicants must be 16+, comfortable with weekend shifts, and capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in cool environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ with weekend availability.
• Basic computer skills including register use.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in walk-in cooler/freezer temperatures from 40°F to -10°F.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer product and service standards.
• Foster an environment of teamwork.
• Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions following cash policies.
• Operate food preparation machinery as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines.
