Job summary

Popeyes in Hutto, Texas is hiring Team Members to join our restaurant crew. You will greet guests, take orders, help prepare and cook Popeyes signature items, and ensure every dish is served hot and on time.

You will maintain a clean dining and prep area, stock supplies, and support delivery and inventory tasks while adhering to health and safety standards. Training provided with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
