Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations in Orange, VA. You will deliver friendly, personalized service, take orders, handle payments and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will work in a fast-paced team, assisting with food prep, packing, stocking and keeping safety standards. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork and strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16, 18 to work opening and closing shifts.
• Flexible work availability and reliable transportation.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS and uses upselling techniques to boost sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep spaces and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues and achieve team goals.
• Learns team effectiveness skills and collaborates to reach targets.
