You will work with managers and teammates to uphold standards in a fast-paced setting and ensure a clean, inviting environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues.
• Operate cash register or POS, with upsell techniques to grow sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guests’ orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory items as needed.
• Work across multiple workstations as required.
• Attend shifts promptly and regularly.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues.
• Develop team effectiveness by working with others to reach goals.
