RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly guest service, keep our stores clean and stocked, and support a fast-paced team environment. You’ll work at the register or self-checkout, upsell products, and help maintain quality standards while assisting with inventory and restocking.

The role offers flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a clear path for growth and hands-on training to set you up for success in a dynamic convenience-store setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused retail or service environments preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Passion for helpful, friendly guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest products to enhance guest purchases and address concerns with urgency.
• Keep store clean, stocked and organized; assist in inventory and restocking.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve guest issues with managers when needed.
