Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is looking for a full-time team member at our Sherman, TX location. You will greet guests, stock shelves, and ensure products are in-date while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift heavy items, and adherence to TABC/Food Handler permits where applicable. Bilingual skills are a plus and experience with cash registers is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must maintain TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and possibly a Food Handlers Permit.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide extraordinary service.
• Stock shelves and ensure product in-date; maintain clean, organized aisles.
• Stock beer, wine, soft drinks, and deli cases; restock as needed.
• Load and unload items, assist with inventory, and operate a cash register when required.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations; keep store clean and safe for customers.
• Assist with housekeeping and trash removal; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
