Qualifications

• Retail stocking experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must be over 21 to work at Spec's.
• Maintain safety and cleaning standards; OSHA compliance.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide extraordinary service.
• Stock shelves and review for out-of-date items.
• Operate keg lift and load keg orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Assist with inventory and price checks.
• Answer guest questions and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist with ringing up purchases when required.
• Follow safety procedures and lifting techniques.
