Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a reliable retail associate to greet guests, stock shelves, and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain cleanliness, handle routine transactions, and support inventory processes while ensuring safety and excellent guest service.

Ideal candidates have some retail stocking experience, a high school diploma or GED, and good communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and review for out-of-date items.
• Operate register and assist with transactions as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory and restocking activities.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
