Job summary

Workstream is seeking a server for our dining team in El Paso, TX. The role involves greeting guests, advising on menu choices, and efficiently taking and delivering orders while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused service standard.

Responsibilities include upselling, assisting with payment, keeping tables and dining areas clean, and ensuring guests leave fully satisfied. Night and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with menu recommendations.

• Check IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcohol when required.
• Operate POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to ensure guest satisfaction.
