Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Server to deliver food and beverages with friendly, accurate and timely service, creating a positive dining experience in a clean, safe, and organized environment. This role supports overall restaurant operations and provides guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Answer guest questions, make menu recommendations, and resolve concerns or elevate them to management when appropriate.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Follow all company policies and food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
