Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking friendly servers to join our team. You will greet guests, recommend items, and ensure accurate orders while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You’ll deliver food and drinks promptly and create memorable experiences with a FUN attitude.

Experience in food/beverage or retail is a plus, but not required. You must be able to work days, nights, and weekends and comply with alcohol serving laws.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• State-required serving age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service (you rock at creating a good time!)
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and safe section; completing side duties
