Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for full shift and move around dining area.
• Must be able to read and write English clearly.
• Experience with food and beverage terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to tables, taking orders accurately.
• Enter orders into POS system promptly and correctly.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain table appearance and assist with side duties as needed.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and provide correct change.
• Restock and clean restrooms; support overall guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Florida statutes for service staff.
