Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises in Florida is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to welcome guests, take orders and serve food and drinks. You will work in a fast-paced restaurant, ensure accuracy in orders, and maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and enter them into the POS system accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and sidework as assigned.
• Handle payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and provide correct change.
• Maintain table appearance and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Florida beverage regulations.
