Job summary

The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a part-time server to ensure guests have a great dining experience. You will take orders, provide menu knowledge, and deliver food and drinks promptly while handling payments accurately.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, following alcohol service policies, and assisting team members as needed. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Proficient use of the POS system for orders and payments.
• Knowledge of menu, promotions, and specials.
• Ability to handle cash, cards and tips accurately.

Responsibilities

• Write food and beverage orders on guest tickets and enter into POS quickly.
• Explain menu items, promotions and specials to guests.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and transport orders to guests.
• Verify guest age and follow alcohol awareness procedures.
• Process payments and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain clean stations and tables; assist team members as needed.
• Perform shift changes, opening and closing tasks.
