Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverages following service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up on requests.
• Advise guests on menu items and pairings; accommodate special requests and note allergies.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork; stay flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment and protect guest confidentiality.
• Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure dining room setup before and after service; maintain sanitation.
