Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a friendly, efficient service style. You will upsell drinks and desserts, manage multiple tables, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a full 8–12 hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly.
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner.
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills and clear items.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, inviting guests to return.
• Following all food safety standards.
