City Hall Steak and Cocktails in Jenks, OK is looking for friendly waitstaff to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with poise. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, maintain a clean dining area, handle payments, and promote specials.

Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required; must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have a basic food handler certificate. Flexible schedules, health insurance options, and employee discounts offered.

Formación

• Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license, proof of alcohol safety training, and a THD Food Handler.

Responsabilidades

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.
• Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.
