Job summary

City Hall Steakhouse in Jenks is looking for a friendly server to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences. You will serve food and drinks promptly and work with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are accurate and guest satisfaction is high.

Applicants should be able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possess strong communication skills, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or hospitality preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license, alcohol safety training, and THD Food Handler.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.
• Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
