Job summary

P.F. Chang's in the United States is seeking dining-room servers (server, waiter, waitress) for immediate start, full-time or part-time. You will deliver a warm hospitality experience, explain menu items, take orders, and handle payments to enhance the guest dining journey.

No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. We value excellent customer service, proper etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
