P.F. Chang's is seeking enthusiastic Servers in New Jersey. You will welcome guests, explain menu items, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with hospitality that exceeds expectations.

No prior experience required—training provided. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, and meet state age requirements for serving alcohol. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
