Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. SHG emphasizes hospitality, respect, authenticity, and empowering associates to grow within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education; post-high school preferred.
• At least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Familiar with cash registers and basic math for making change.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure proper presentation.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during and after shift.
• Abide by liquor regulations pertaining to serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests and accept payment.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
