Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is a family-owned restaurant company with a 50+ year history, seeking a friendly server to create memorable dining experiences. You will deliver food and drinks, greet guests, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across all service areas.

Responsibilities include presenting checks, relaying orders through the Nigel POS, and assisting with table clearing. The role emphasizes care for guests, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to transport items up to 25 pounds and move around the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make recommendations regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the state-of-the-art tablet-based Nigel POS system - no pen and paper here.
• Observe and serve guests, responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table.
• Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
