Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a server to create memorable dining experiences by delivering food and beverages, greeting guests, and attending to their needs. You will work in a family-oriented atmosphere emphasizing hospitality and community involvement.

Responsibilities include taking orders, communicating with kitchen and bar, and ensuring smooth service throughout shifts. This role requires mobility and strong basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to wipe down table tops, legs and booth seats.
• Transplants plates, glasses and baskets to dining area and kitchen.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the POS system.
• Observe and serve guests responding to needs or requests.
• Present checks and facilitate payment; complete charge card procedures.
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables.
