• Serves customers professionally per training guidelines.
• Maintains service areas throughout the shift.
• Cross-serves and assists team members as needed.
• Handles cash, guest checks and change accurately.
• Reports health and safety concerns to management.
• Restocks dining room and bar; flags stock shortages to kitchen.
