Qualifications

• Minimum Knowledge: interpret/extract information and perform arithmetic functions.
• Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: None
• License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: None

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make them feel welcome.
• Thank guests as they leave and hold the door when possible.
• Seat guests at suitable tables and manage rotation for server balance.
• Assist with table service: refill beverages, clear dishes, and deliver items.
• Pre-bus, clear tables, and wipe them down.
• Wipe down menus and respond to phone calls and take reservations.
• Handle to-go orders and ensure restrooms are presentable.
• Keep server station stocked with crayons, kid menus, and menus.
• Adhere to Suburban Inns’ standards and health regulations.
• Attend to additional duties as requested by management.
