Bunkhouse is seeking a Summer Server Assistant/Busser on Music Lane in Austin, TX. This hourly, entry-level role supports food service staff by delivering and clearing items, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting behind the bar area.

Ideal candidates will bring 6 months of hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a dynamic shift in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. Benefits include industry perks and staff discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Six (6) months related experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to dress code policies during shift
• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties in order to facilitate customer service
• Ensure immediate response to guest comments and inform supervisor of concerns
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
• Stock beverage and ice dispensers, cabinets, serving areas and ensure equipment is maintained in good condition
• Set tables with clean linens and supplies
• Clean tables, counters, walls and equipment in food service areas
• Serve water, coffee and standard appetizers to patrons
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure hotel needs are met
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required meetings
