Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Officer in Security to provide outstanding, friendly guest service while maintaining safety across the property. The role involves patrolling assigned areas and ensuring maximum guest safety at all times.

The Officer will adhere to company standards, report suspicious activity, and respond promptly to emergencies, collaborating with supervisors and leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Will be required to complete assigned training academy.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support and promote company service standards at all times.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards.
• Answer guests' questions in a manner reflecting department and property knowledge.
• Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Escalate emergency situations to Supervisor, Assistant Director, and Director as needed.
