Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge, POS systems, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform leadership when stock is low or on special requests; coordinate with warehouse to pull items.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Support guest service standards to create memorable experiences.
• Stock, display, and merchandise products to maximize sales.
• Assist with promotions and suggestive selling.
• Support sustainability and community engagement efforts across the unit.
