Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of our bakery-cafe, delivering warm hospitality and high-quality service with every guest interaction.

You will work across areas such as Production, Prep, Service, and Cashier, greet guests, build fresh meals, keep areas clean, and support the team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Panera's commitment to great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsabilidades

• Execute duties across areas within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt with a positive attitude.
• Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift.
