Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations by preparing food and beverages, taking orders, and delivering fast, friendly service. You will follow brand standards and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest focus. Training covers menu items, promotions, and proper food safety; you’ll work through drive-thru or front counter and help stock and close shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable, honest, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Stock items at the workstation (cups, lids, etc.).
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture and communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
