Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous service.
• Set and clear dining tables to brand standards.
• Stock service stations with necessary items (ice, napkins, straws).
• Retrieve orders from kitchen and ensure proper food preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending or bussing during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and contribute to service improvements.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and HHM practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE.
