Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team at our Broken Arrow property. You will deliver high-quality service, engage guests, and contribute to memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and hotel offerings. Flexible scheduling, teamwork, and a commitment to hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards, POS systems, and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions about ingredients and recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns.
• Upsell to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue.
• Process checks and handle payments following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, hosts, and team members for smooth operations.
• Stay informed on daily specials and hotel offerings.
• Support banquets, catering, or special events as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
