Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Basic math and POS system skills.
• Alcohol service certification required or willingness to obtain, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Process guest checks and handle payments accurately.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies, brand standards, and service procedures at all times.
